Service Description

Prenatal Yoga is designed to support a pregnant woman by practicing modified asanas, stretches, restorative poses, as well as breathing exercises, and meditation. Prenatal Yoga is a great way to build strength and stamina while also preparing the student mentally and emotionally for birth. These classes provide a welcoming, and nurturing space that allows for inward reflection, and connection with your baby.


Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made at least 24 hrs in advance to allow time to prepare for your best possible private yoga experience.
