Known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga is a very spiritual practice that involves a combination of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation, and chanting. The goal of Kundalini Yoga is to make the body stronger and more energetic, while increasing one’s self-awareness, and consciousness. At VYPB we teach a modern, evolved, trauma informed approach to Kundalini Yoga that empowers, and supports the individual sovereignty of every student.


Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made at least 24 hrs in advance to allow time to prepare for your best possible private yoga experience.
